Nekrasovsky District (Russian: Некра́совский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[7] district (raion), one of the seventeeninYaroslavl Oblast, Russia. It is located in the east of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,380 square kilometers (530 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (awork settlement) of Nekrasovskoye.[1] Population: 21,573 (2010 Census);[3] 24,487 (2002 Census);[9] 28,238 (1989 Soviet census).[10] The population of Nekrasovskoye accounts for 28.5% of the district's total population.[3]
