Qing'an County (simplified Chinese: 庆安县; traditional Chinese: 慶安縣; pinyin: Qìng'ān Xiàn) is a county of west-central Heilongjiang province, People's Republic of China. It is under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level cityofSuihua.
Qing'an County is divided into 4 subdistricts, 8 towns and 6 townships.[1]
The population of the district was 366,985 in 1999.[2]
