In times of monarchy abortion was banned in Romania, and tesis that communist government banned abortion in manipulation. Source is POV - author want to make clear that ban of abortion was element of communist ideology (it's ironically that legal abortion was first realized by communists). Hello! I just wanted to say here that I intend on adding more detailed information about abortion during Ceauşescu's regime based on Gail Kligman's research on the subject. The information I intend to add will be shown in my sandbox while I edit it should anyone want to read and comment on it. If you have any comments, suggestions, or opinions on my work, I would really appreciate hearing it! Scb3 (talk) 02:59, 19 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I don't understand the statement "In 1980, it became obligatory to have children." I think expansion on this statement would be beneficial - through laws? Social views? Cultural views? Also, a specific date range on the 'society' spoken about in the "Enforcement and its effects" subsection would be helpful to readers. Thank you for your addition to the page! You are not the first to mention that sentence. Unfortunately, the source I have did not give me any further information other than implying that it was a legal obligation (though she did not state this outright). I will see what I can do about finding more information on that bit. I will also include a date range, as I agree, it would definitely help with context. Thanks for the comments!Scb3 (talk) 05:35, 11 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
