additional language and photograph needed[edit]

article needs reference to low-tech "double boiler" that can also be used as a steamer. the article on couscous has a photograph of a stove-top steamer.--71.183.238.134 (talk) 01:00, 20 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I wouldn't think a steamer necessarily needs to hold the steam in under pressure. To me, that's a pressure cooker, not a steamer. The simple arrangement where the steam pushes out around the lid (held down by gravity alone) doesn't seem like it would increase the pressure inside by a significant amount.
