Availability[edit]

"It can be found in local fish and chip shops and almost every supermarket and grocers in the city, yet is almost unavailable anywhere outside South Yorkshire."

This isn't true. It's widely available in markets in Lincolnshire, perhaps because of the number of Sheffield expats there. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.125.12.60 (talk) 19:33, 22 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I agree I see it on the condiments table in wetherspons pubs all over london. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C4:7891:E900:35E8:5FE3:440C:DF2C (talk) 21:37, 2 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Slogan[edit]

Interestingly, it appears that the "a" has been removed as I have a bottle in front of me and there is no "a" whereas the image has an "a" in it. Anyone know why this is. It makes sense now why there is a mini-edit war over the slogan, it appears there are two versions! You can see an image of it without the "a" here: https://countrylivingblog.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/hendersons-relish-taste-of-my-northern.htmlAuto98uk (talk) 21:27, 11 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I emailed Hendersons, and the response was: "The old bottle label did have the "a" on it but the new label doesn't and neither does the website. It should read "Made in Sheffield for over 100 years"" - as there are verifiable labels on teh internet without the "a", that is what I am taking as correct, so re-removed the "a". Need for improved NPOV and referencing[edit]

Some of the sentences in this article currently seem to lack a NPOV and are unreferenced. Examples include (in the lead): "It has been said of Henderson's Relish that while 'outsiders' think the condiment is Sheffield's answer to Worcestershire sauce, Sheffielders think it is the answer to everything. Certainly Henderson's Relish has an extremely loyal following among the people of South Yorkshire", and, (in the 'Factory' section):『In 2013, the manufacturer moved into a new home […] to ensure it has the best, modern facilities to meet the increasing levels of demand for the popular product.』JezGrove (talk) 23:35, 1 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I have given the source for the 'answer to everything' comment - the Tom Wrigglesworth programme. Peace Makes Plenty (talk) 13:20, 2 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
