Mentioning of the Code of Federal Regulations on Pottasium Bromate as a Food Additive[edit]

The use of potassium bromate is proven to be used safely in the malting of barley under certain conditions perscribed in Title 21 CFR Ch.I (4-1-05 Edition) section 172.730. Mention of this regulation in the article would be helpful to people wanting to know how Potassium Bromate is used as a food additive.

This would be useful information, especially in light of the 2014 study that proved that bromine is essential to producing collagen and thus is essential for life. Encyclopedant (talk) 06:05, 3 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
