For Stanisław Kot . I only need the chapter about him. My university does not seem to have access to this, and it is not on LibGen. (DOI is broken, but JSTOR link should work).

@Piotrus : GBooks has some of this chapter but not all. Maybe other GBooks websites has the remaining pages? (This one is the Canadian version). My JSTOR account doesn't cover this book unfortunately. --MrLinkinPark333 (talk ) 23:53, 29 March 2020 (UTC) [ reply ]

After a moment, the page should redirect to a version that has the words "Show Page 11 article text (OCR)" on the left below the main pale blue panel. @Serial Number 54129 : I found a different version by Random House. Problem is, there's no page numbers. Also, the Index says Eist is mentioned page 235-6 but what I only see him mentioned on one page. --MrLinkinPark333 (talk ) 19:43, 8 April 2020 (UTC) [ reply ]

@Serial Number 54129 : Which pages do you want? Of the page range you requested, only 235 (I assume based on the index) has Eist. The page numbers could be different based on the spacing, but I'm not sure. --MrLinkinPark333 (talk ) 17:30, 9 April 2020 (UTC) [ reply ]
@MrLinkinPark333 : very kind! If you think that's the only page I'll need, I'm happy with that—in a case where I can't see any of the material, I usually ask for a page or two either side. Some time ago, I used a book where it looked like the feller was mentioned on one page, but the previous three pages talked about him without actually naming the guy! Once bitten, and all that :) —— SN 54129 17:36, 9 April 2020 (UTC) [ reply ]

Antonen, Mel (1989). USA Today .
For Darren Prince . a Sports Collector Digest article mentions possible significant coverage in an article Mel Antonen wrote about Prince in 1989 for USA Today :
The Monday after that show, Antonen wrote about the [Atlantic City Trump Plaza 500 Home Run Club] show – and Prince.
"...I was on the front page of USA TODAY."
Antonen wrote about Prince and Greenhill as big-time players in the [baseball card selling] business.
I was wondering if someone who has access to USA Today' s archives could please check for me. If this LA Times article is anything to go by, the show was January 25 of that year. The Monday after would've been the January 30, 1989.
tl;dr does an article by Mel Antonen with significant coverage of Darren Prince show up in USA Today' s archives? Thanks, Rotideypoc41352 (talk · contribs ) 06:46, 11 April 2020 (UTC) [ reply ]

Looking for the only known photo of U.S. actor Emil Van Horn , which was published in the April 1941 issue of Spot , the "Entertaining Picture Magazine".
