Dobrinsky District (Russian: До́бринский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the eighteeninLipetsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,680 square kilometers (650 sq mi).[citation needed] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a settlement) of Dobrinka.[1] Population: 33,256 (2021 Census);[6] 37,567 (2010 Russian census);[3] 40,809 (2002 Census);[7] 42,902 (1989 Soviet census).[8] The population of Dobrinka accounts for 27.0% of the district's total population.[6]
