Dobrovsky District (Russian: До́бровский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the eighteeninLipetsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the east of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,326.4 square kilometers (512.1 sq mi).[2] Its administrative center is the rural locality (aselo) of Dobroye.[1] Population: 26,837 (2021 Census);[6] 24,228 (2010 Russian census);[3] 26,821 (2002 Census);[7] 28,723 (1989 Soviet census).[8] The population of Dobroye accounts for 24.2% of the district's total population.[3]
