Should the UK and England sections be merged? England, could be integrated as a sub heading under UK. As can the absentees, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales as need be. Alternatively, one might do away with England altogether for the time being, as there exists but the one sauce listed under that heading at the moment. perhaps the heading of this section should be amended to "Ireland and the United kingdom" or in reverse order. The majority of entries here are applicable to Ireland as much of the cuisine crosses over to an extent.
