Hey, Yoninah! I tried to find as many mentions as I could. Totally open to critical reviews, but it's almost 50 years old and at the time of first publication I think it was pretty obscure, maybe because so few people were eating that way? It's one of those things that has become notable as it ages, I think. I searched newspapers.com but unfortunately the name of this book doesn't search well. Searched on author's name, but many of the references were about other things, as she seems to have been something of a spokesperson for The Farm at that time. You found some good info for the Ten Talents book that I didn't find, though, maybe it's out there and I just am not searching well? valereee (talk) 21:29, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Valereee: I didn't come up with much in my search. But I notice that you have more information in the sources you did use that could embellish the article. I also noticed that you misquoted the assertion that it was the first to publish tempeh recipes in any language; the source says "any European language". Oh, I cited the wrong Shurtleff book. It's the History of Soy in Tennessee, p. 583. Look, it makes sense that recipes for tempeh would be published in Asian languages. Yoninah (talk) 22:26, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
