Goals[edit]

1. Separate Towns and Localities on templates where possible, check for accuracy
2. Create page for every locality in Victoria with as much information as possible
3. Move all pages with "Victoria" on the end that don't need it.
4. Add an Image to every locality in the state
5. Correctly titled as a town or locality
6. Consistency between all opening sentences
7. Update existing pages to give them as much information as possible
