For example "History of Kiev" would be ok, "History of the Economy of Kiev" would be wrong, "Ukraine and the Kievan Rus" would also be ok

[edit]I recently read the addition you made to this article and initially thought to just move the graf to #Spanish Cvil War from #Cuba, thinking its logical home to be a better location than its chronological home. However, despite my intention stated in the first edit summary, after deleting the graf, I decided not to make the move. I left second edit summary with a dummy edit and a post on the article talk page explaining. I intend to work on the #Spanish Civil War this weekend.
