*'''Amen break''': the waveform shown is a screenshot of a copyrighted work, therefore it's a derivative. We may have rationale to use it on the article page (although I don't know what added value the waveform gives) but that wouldn't be compatible with the 'no fair-use [media] on the main page' stance (can't find that in writing, but know it's a thing from [[WP:DYK]]). I need to raise this elsewhere (other than at [[Talk:Amen_break#Waveform]]) but noting it here and [[WP:BOLD]]ly removing the image is more of a priority. But on a more general point, the tags on Commons aren't always accurate, so as reviewers, promoters and admin approvers we do also need to follow up the status based on where the image comes from etc. and check for any mislabelling on the Commons file.
