Foglie d'ulivo (Italian: [ˈfɔʎʎe duˈliːvo]; also spelled foglie di ulivo) is a variety of handmade pasta made in the shape of olive leaves.[1][2] It originates from Apulia and Liguria regions of Italy.[3][4]
