In 1910, the experiment of making a fish sauce has begun when the fish trader name Laichiang bring many kind of fish to femented in earthen<br />

jar to compare the difference of each one. The result of the experiment is anchovy gave the best quality for the fish sauce. Anchovy-based fish<br />

sauce has begun for a starting. Most of the kitchen in Thailand are using salt in a kitchen as an ingredient and seasoning. In a few years it <br />

Tiparos (Thai: ทิพรส) is a Thai fish sauce condiment brand under the Tang Sang Hah Company, established in Chonburi Province in 1919. The company was named "Bowdang", before changing its name in the mid-20th century. The company's founder, Laichaing Sae Tang, first began to formulate his recipe for fish sauce in 1910.[1][2] Tiparos is described as a "Thai style" fish sauce, with a different and bolder flavor than Vietnamese styles.[3]
