The Taizhou Wu (台州片) is a Southern Wu Chinese language spoken in and around TaizhouinZhejiang province. It is to some extent mutually intelligible with Taihu Wu.[citation needed][dubious – discuss][which?]
Taizhou proper is the chief and representative dialect.
