ロードスター賞︵The Lodestar Award for Best Young Adult Book︶は、前暦年に刊行されたヤングアダルト読者向けのSF・ファンタジー作品の書籍を対象とする文学賞。
ヒューゴー賞とは独立した別の賞という扱いだが、ヒューゴー賞とまったく同じプロセスで選出され、ワールドコンでのヒューゴー賞授賞式で授与される[1]。
賞名は2019年から正式名となった。初年度である2018年はWSFS Award for Best Young Adult Bookという名称で実施された。﹁ロードスター﹂は﹁導きの星﹂という意味[2]。
